Preferably in buffet form because sharing is simply the best way to eat. And because tasty food should be seen, I serve my dishes in beautiful hand-turned ceramics. But I would also like to inspire you to get started yourself. During a cooking workshop I share all my enthusiasm, tips and experience to prepare vegetables creatively and easily on the table. Lately I have also been studying the importance of eating well for your mental and physical well-being. I followed the one-year Nutritional Psychology course at the Educational Academy. And attended workshops and courses in wild picking and basic energetic knowledge. All super interesting. My enthusiasm about it is also creeping more and more into my catering.
