Porc Qualité Ardenne (PQA) is a cooperative society of artisan pig farmers. It was founded in 1989 in the Ardennes by 14 local farmers and a butcher. This extraordinary green region with wide surfaces, is perfect for the sustainable quality production of the differentiated pork from the short PQA chain. The direct link between the pig breeders and the butchers at Porc Qualité Ardenne makes the tasks of traditional intermediaries (such as cattle dealers, slaughterhouses and cutting plants, etc.) superfluous.
