The Saaremaa Meat industry is one of the counties leading businesses, that processes nearly 400 bovines and 3000 pigs every month. About 500 tons of product get distributed monthly. We produce a variety of sausages, packet preserved, smoked, semi-smoked, blood and barley products, pates, brawns. Among our selection there’s also locally raised beef and pork. Most of our products are distributed ready packaged. For that reason our packaging selection is very vast as well. Most common are vaccum- and heat-shrinkable or modified atmosphere packaging. All of our smoked products are smoked with natural smoke, inside smoke ovens – offering our products a better and a more distinct flavour. Saaremaa meat products are well-known mostly for their premium quality. We have been successful in many product competitions.
