In October 1990 La Caballeriza was born in an old recycled stud in front of the San Isidro racecourse. In your patio, under an old vine, or in its wooden booths, where the thoroughbreds once lived, you can taste the best Argentine meat roasted on firewood. After 25 years, La Caballeriza maintains the same characteristics that made it famous.
