Chori Martin, has three decades of existence. Its owner, Martin Rios, remembers that he started with his father and his brothers to work in the field with a grill and a plank. Then they went to the traditional Choripan van and today, consolidated in the palates of the Cordovan, they have their food place in Capdevila and the Republic of Syria. The stall has been on that corner for 11 years and they produce the overwhelming 400 choris just Saturday nights.
