Founded in 1951, Churrascaria Palace is the most traditional restaurant in the city. Located in Copacabana, and internationally known for its authentic carioca style, it emerged in the Golden Years along with Bossa Nova. The musical style is part of the environment's soundtrack, also honored with the panel "Santa Ceia da Bossa Nova", exposed in the steakhouse hall.
