Mi Tierra Restaurant was inaugurated in 2002 by Mr. Carlos Calderón Solano, thinking about giving the province of Cartago a new concept of typical Costa Rican food, wanting to rescue the customs of our grandparents, such as pozol, mazamorra, chorreadas or webbed tortillas , among others. The restaurant is made of wood by 60%, and the rest is made of steel and other materials.
