Good food starts with the best ingredients. We have some of the world's best produce right on our doorstep and we make the most of it. We dry-age our Rib-eye, smoke our own-recipe hot dogs for downstairs and shape our burger patties by hand. Then there's our beautiful salads and sides. They are all made with fresh produce and every main dish comes with a salad or a portion of our slaw, which has ten different vegetables and is one of your five a day. Arthur will be using his expertise to recycle, reuse and upcycle large quantities of what would otherwise be waste. If food's not eaten, it's composted, recycled or up-cycled. On top of all that, our piccalilli is handmade by our friends at Rubies in the Rubble, who use produce that would otherwise be thrown out by London markets.
