For many years The Mexican Grill was located in Pai and was enjoyed by everyone who stopped in. In 2013, we moved from Pai to Chiang Mai, located on the Canal Road south of Suthep Road in the western side of the city. Here you will find the same great food you remember, but with even more items on our menu. The Mexican Grill features all your favorite Tex-Mex style Mexican foods, from Fajitas and Tacos to Combination plates and much more!
