Surf n Turf Bistro is an Australian Cuisine managed and owned by Chef Pete. Pete is a well-experienced chef who worked in Sydney, Australia in various places in the hospitality industry in 2005-2017. He is a certified chef as he studied and finished his Ceritficate IV in cookery. He was a sous chef in a busy Woolpack Hotel in Sydney catering to guests longing for Australian food. His passion for cooking and food service propelled him open this food option in Chiang Rai.
