Sébastien works on creative and innovative dishes. He gained experience at the Hotel School Koksijde and worked in the kitchen at Comme Chez Soi, Hof van Cleve, Pierre Gagnaire and 't Convent, where he stayed for a moment and found the love of his life; daughter Sharon De Volder. He also did some internships with Hertog Jan, Stephan Destrooper and Quique Dacosta.
