Maple Leaf Queen’s Buffet was founded as a A-la-carte restaurant in Clair, NB in 1951. Their specialty was Canadian food, they later added Chinese cuisine and a small buffet table. In 2004, the restaurant was sold to the Xie family (present owners) and some changes were made to a more buffet style restaurant adding more choices and a bigger variety of Chinese cuisine. A salad and dessert bar was also put in place. The customers were happy with this change and it soon became a very popular place to eat and celebrate with friends and family.
