Banh Mi is the Vietnamese word for bread. In Vietnamese cuisine. As opposed to the traditional banh mi —which commonly dons an assortment of cold cuts, pate, butter, and fresh vegetables— we offer a modern spin, showcasing braised, grilled, and fried meat (and vegetarian!) options with a combination of savoury sauces and fresh cucumber, pickled carrots, and cilantro.
