213 E Georgia St - Vancouver Cafe number two opened in the spring of 2014 on the edge of Vancouver's historic Chinatown neighbourhood. Our goal of broadening our kitchen program was brought to life with this expansion. We remodeled a large concrete storage space into a full commercial kitchen, including a beautiful, 20,000lb, 4-deck Bassanina bread oven, and all the accompanying gear to move our entire food program in house. Now, our kitchen sends out a beautiful daily spread including croissants and pastries, naturally leavened bread, cookies, scones, muffins, poached eggs, seasonal jams, and house-made condiments. Chinatown has 6 taps with rotating local beers and cider; and we love the opportunity this gives us to work with our friends at BC's many breweries.
