Our ambition is to communicate and prepare carefully selected, wonderful coffee every day. We will convey taste, uniqueness and origin in a concise and understandable way. We are going to spend every cup with the utmost care both for our guests and for all those who have contributed to every single bag of coffee. The coffee mission opened in 2007 with a burning commitment to take the coffee further. We started by offering coffee from several distilleries, weekly coffee tastings and different brewing methods. Blom opened its doors in 2011. We are very happy and proud to have worked with some of the most wonderful people in specialty coffee, both from home and abroad.
