The most suitable type of Turkish coffee is the coffee of the Rio Minas region. The minimum for Turkish coffee is 80% Rio Minas. Arabica Core: Arabica cores are larger, contain less caffeine, gives better taste than robusti. Many Arabica coffees are wet, which is more expensive. Robusta doesn't have as much taste and aroma as Arabica.
