The idea of the Chefs and Butchers Project came from a friendship between a cook and two butchers. Bettina Muller and Stephan Borshardt, who are known as the driving force behind the butcher's shop in Bremen, combine chef Michael Schell, who has learned and worked in good institutions for a long time, between love of good food, a cup of good wine and the joy of cooking. Motivated by the desire to inspire others for their passion, they developed a new concept - laying the foundation stone for chefs and butchers. We want to be a new point of contact for enjoyable dining and fine dining. We design individual catering service for you and your guests according to your desires.
