In Firenze more than 90 years ago, the legend tells that Il Conte Camillo Negroni asked the bartender Fosco Scarselli to add the usual American, which was always requested, dry gin in equal parts. And so the Negroni was born, a cocktail to which the bartender gave the name of his most frequent client. We pay tribute to this famous count, since without it our favorite drink might not exist.
