Our menu is based on the famed Taiwanese Night Street Markets, with a creative Japanese streak & a hot lick of Sichuan Pepper. Mamasans' Gemma was born in a remote Taiwanese fishing village & grew up in Japan before coming to Australia. Australian food culture is too young to have it’s own national cuisine - but there is no denying our love Asian food!
