Since January 2017 we have produced spirits here at Trondhjem Microbrewing. We invested in a small distiller, manufactured by CARL in Germany. We make small batches, which are either served after a short period of storage or for a longer period of ripening on oak barrels. Our range of own spirits is growing and will vary by season and inspiration. We make types such as Vodka (ready and with hops), Aquavit (clear and ripe), Gin (traditional and ripe), Moonshine and Whiskey (completed about summer 2020)
