Chuan Chuan Xiang is all the rage in China. It is a style of hotpot that brings skewers and hotpot together: a perfect combination for multiple reasons. King of Skewers started in Auckland NZ in 2018 by 2 kiwi-born friends for their love of hotpot. We just couldn't find anything like what we had in Chengdu so decided to create our own restaurant.
