The “La Brasserie” is a full service dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The elegant hotel’s signature restaurant is overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens; the pleasant ambience reflects the architectural design of the Hotel. The Brasserie features a display kitchen in the centre of the restaurant. The display kitchen is surrounded by seating and tables for the discerned diner. A la carte food is prepared in the main kitchens and in the open show kitchen. The restaurant offers pizza made in the wood fired open oven, Tandoori food (an Indian food specialty), Shawerma (a typical Middle East specialty) and noodle soups from around Asia. Further there is a charcoal grill station for meat and fish preparation and cooled stations that display cakes, pastry, bakery and ice creams. The table top decoration adapts to the different requirements of service. While runner is used for breakfast and lunch, a table cloth is set up for the evening service. The Brasserie also has an attractive service bar dominated by an old‐fashioned espresso coffee machine and a stunning wine showcase. The integrated service bar connects The Brasserie with the Rendezvous Lounge. Hence, the beverage service and cashiering is centralized for these two outlets. A hostess welcomes and seats the guests in the restaurant and one of the waiters will take great care of the guest in a warm and yet efficient manner for the rest of the service period.
