In Hue City, on July 12th, 2018, Tre Restaurant officially came into operation. It is one of the social enterprise models of REACH, was suppliered by Plan International Vietnam, TUI Care, and NEXT Foundation. Social enterprise - TRE Restaurant is the initiative of the project "Brighter future for children and disadvantaged youths in Thua Thien Hue" which was born to supplier the sustainable development strategy of REACH. It meets the increasing requirements in the field of training jobs, creating jobs for disadvantaged youths in Hue in particularly and Vietnam in generally The project "A brighter future for children and disadvantaged youths in Thua Thien Hue" tends to the disadvantaged children and young people in Thua Thien Hue who will be lived in the safe and inclusive environment. They will be accessed to stable jobs through suppliering sustainable livelihoods models for young people, young women (from 18 to 30 years old) and their families; to education and safe working for children aged 5-18 in Hue city. TRE Restaurant not only inherits Vietnamese culinary delights but also brings fresh for dishes through the wonderful creativity of talented chefs, in a peaceful space with Vietnamese bamboo tree symbol, which creates cuisine space attracting customers.
