Seasonal and regional specialties, freshness and quality of products from local suppliers characterize our cuisine and are the basis of our upscale gastronomy. We spoil our guests with our own Charolais farm, game from the Göttingen forest, Eichsfeld vegetables, heather potatoes, fish and lamb in spring, asparagus and chanterelles in summer and autumn, and kale and roast goose in the colder seasons. The diversity of our cuisine is also reflected in a classic Göttingen country bread topped with home-slaughtered meat. And almost all dishes are also available for those with a "small appetite". Selected wines and four different beers on tap round off the enjoyment.
