Our inn is now in the fourth generation of family ownership. In 1904, Katharina and Matthias Schaur from Stockach bought what was then a small inn with a farm in Sixtnitgern near Fürstenfeldbruck. Their daughter Maria Schaur married Andreas Harner from Hohenzell in 1930. Six years later, the two took over the business and ran it until 1960. Then their son Andreas, the former senior boss, and his wife Theresia took over the reins of the inn. The inn hall was built and completed in 1992. In June 2002, it was handed over to Andreas Harner Jr. and his wife Renate. We began remodeling on Kirchweih Monday 2009, and the renovation work was completed in mid-December. Guest rooms and seating areas of various sizes were created, which exude a cozy, Bavarian atmosphere. In addition, the kitchen was equipped with the latest technology and its own wood-fired oven.
