Zum Kaiser Restaurant is independently owned and operated and it started with a vision to provide quality affordable meals to members, guest and patrons of the Historic Brisbane German Club. The head chef and owner, Dale McMullen, has worked hard with our team to ensure that we serve traditional good quality meals with top service at the German Club where memories are made.
