The Bathers Pavilion Restaurant is located in the Mosman Bathers Pavilion on The Esplanade, Mosman. It overlooks Edwards Beach and Balmoral Beach. The restaurant commands the excellent vista of Hunters Bay, with Middle Head and the Grotto Point Lighthouse in view. The restaurant is contemporary with an open dining area with an appealing atmosphere for fine dining. The food is of course excellent, with meticulous care taken to use quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation. I went there for a Monday lunch and there was a reasonable crowd, so booking is recommended.
