RESTAURANT & BAR NEMTOI It was Ioan Nemtoi’s design concept that gave the restaurant and bar its name. The spatial focal point is the room dividers made of four red glass firewalls. The color and design concept is carried logically through the entire restaurant and bar area imbuing the Nemtoi Restaurant with its very special kind of chic. Lean back and enjoy our international cuisine in modern ambience. Our chef de cuisine attaches value to straightforward culinary ideas based on good produce, creating simplicity and modernity out of international specialties. The Nemtoi Bar is open daily; its design carrying the logic of the spatial concept forward. The bar – unique in Vienna– made from just one piece of glass, and the glass firewall room dividers – intensify the ambience and fascinate visitors.
