Bistro Belbu is the story of two friends Dave Busschots and Nordi Belghazi, both with rsp. 16 and 20 years of catering experience at the C-Group (Hassotel, Century). Together, they have been running Bistro Belbu on Hasselt Havermarkt since 2017 and have made this address a fixed value for epicureans inside and outside the City of Taste. → In the middle of Hasselt's eating and drinking addresses, Bistro Belbu is one of the finer genres. They call themselves bistro but they are much more than that. The warmth and hospitality is incomparable, the frame trendy and stylish and the terrace wonderful to linger.
