Soul Kitchen is a project of a group of friends and culinary enthusiasts, which embodies our philosophy to prepare tasty and fresh food and our vision for its presentation. Good food for us is: - Food with pure origin – according to the possibilities and availability, mainly organic products are selected as well as such with Bulgarian and regional origin; - Prepared with optimal fresh products; - Products and raw materials without, with minimum or friendly thermal treatment, in order to preserve the living microelements and vitamins (necessarily without frying); - Entirely from wholegrain, natural, untreated and unrefined ingredients; - With food free of animal products, ingredients with milk origin, artificial additives, improvers, colors, flavors, refined salt, refined and trans-fats, sodium glutamate, ingredients with E-numbers; Where to find us? You can visit our restaurant Soul Kitchen on Kokiche 13. It is the heart and soul of our project. What do we offer? Here you will taste a variety of cleansing, toning and filling drinks, interesting and original dishes, desserts and many other unusual and different proposals for the day. We make delivery within the working hours of the restaurant throughout the territory of Sofia city.
