El Pedrusco Coming from the Segovian town of Aldealcorvo, Pedro Matesanz's family arrived in Madrid, back in 1956. It all started with a typical inn of the time run by grandparents Faustino and Primitiva in the Cuatro Caminos neighborhood, serving food and wine. That was where Antonio along with his brother Tinin opened the gap in the hospitality industry. Then, in the year 69-70, Antonio along with Sagrario his wife opened their doors in another very peculiar inn recognized by the Chamberi neighborhood "Casa Faustino" or better known as "El Pedrusquito" where they made a great homeland and where glimpse what is today "El Pedrusco de Aldealcorvo" who today offers its exquisite hospitality to the faithful clientele who visit it.
