The Hock family of restaurateurs can look back on a very long family tradition. The inn was first mentioned in documents in 1748. In 1870, the country inn became the property of the family. There has been a close business relationship with the local Eder brewery since 1894. The fortunes of the family business are now in the hands of Alexander and Angela Hock, representatives of the fourth generation.
