Every day we work with the kitchen team to further develop flavours, cooking temperatures, textures and perfecting our dishes. As a team, we try to stimulate each other time and time again and in this way get the very best out of everyone in order to keep going one step further. In the kitchen of the Saffron we work with as many local products as possible, the products that are not available in the Netherlands are obtained from abroad by our suppliers. Fresh, high-quality products are our basis to which we all add a good dose of creativity and craftsmanship. Quality, creativity, craftsmanship and a lot of enthusiasm are the keywords for our kitchen
