We founded the Young Poland bistro in the historic Oppenheim tenement house at Plac Solny. A synergy of creative, ambitious and somewhat crazy people who were joined by passion and a coherent look at the kitchen and bar. Young Poland is a place that was born out of love for good Polish taste and tradition of feasting at a deliciously set table, surrounded by the highest quality drinks and live music. Every day from 12:00, Beata Śniechowska and her team discover Polish flavors at their best, bold edition. In combination with the original cocktails of young and creative Bar Chefs, excellent wines and live music, Young Poland is a meeting place where honest, real food and unique drinks are celebrated.
