The Good Food Pub "To the bottom in Hamburg" opened in 2015 and became a continuation of the concept of "alternative beer capitals." This is a stylish modern pub-restaurant, which presents more than 40 varieties of draft European beer, including many rare for the city varieties of German, Belgian, Czech and English. For the kitchen, as in the "elder brother" on Vzletke, the chief butcher of the restaurant group, chief Nikolai Bobrov, answers. The peculiarity of the kitchen "To the bottom in Hamburg" was a large American Smoker, made according to unique drawings by artisans in the Rostov region. This allowed to enter into the menu a line of authentic dishes prepared according to the technology of Texas barbecue. Every Sunday, the institution hosts the Beer Travel project, where we treat each guest with a unique beer, ordered specially for this event, and the chef prepares the author's dish in the hall, which is not on the menu.
