BARBORIS is a restaurant of modern Russian cuisine. The menu differs from the brand-chef Andrey Bova by its non-classical approach to classical national dishes. A special place in it is occupied by hot and desserts according to home recipes of Naina Yeltsina. Restaurant's space is divided by movable partitions, with the help of which it is possible to create halls of any configuration. Stained glass windows are completely sliding apart, opening a wonderful view of the city pond. The wine list is made taking into account the peculiarities of the restaurant menu.
