Welcome to Matildas in the south of Gavle. Here on Timmermansgatan 23 it has been a neighborhood pub since the 70s, we who are the families Flodman & Johansson took over in September 2007. Our food philosophy is simple and obvious; we cook according to the seasons' raw materials from selected producers.
