Urfa Ciğer Kebabı is known for its unique production method, its long time to make, laborious, craftsmanship and taste. Urfa Ciger Kebab, which is always eaten with pleasure, is one of the most consumed meals especially during Ramadan. Production technique, craftsmanship and use of Sanliurfa Pepper are the most important factors in making Urfa Ciger Kebab. The product is a type of kebab cooked in charcoal using lamb liver which is cut to the size of a nut and the tail oil of the same lambs. While the kebab is cooked, a mixture of Şanlıurfa Pepper and salt is added.
