The work in this area, by Mistura Design, was limited to restoring wood, glass and ceramics, thus resurfacing its old splendor. The menu of the establishment, which we call "El Berretín" was chosen associated with the native Uruguayan, its most typical feature being grilled meats, hand in hand with a traditional and relatively simple cuisine that takes us back to our Sunday lunches in family. Our berretín (the most faithful and tango synonym of “whim”) is to make our three senses transport us to a time that will not return and that in many aspects we must keep alive. We thank everyone for their visit and we remind them that before leaving, do not forget to ask our waitresses and waiters to accompany them to discover the secret that the remodeling works revealed to us.
