Beautiful restaurant in the heart of old Quebec. Staff were welcoming without being too obvious but the menu was the show stopper. Numerous dishes prepared to perfection and each one was carefully curated for maximum impact. Great wines accompanied the meal and experienced Sortilege whiskey for the first time and guaranteed it won't be the last ! Only one suggestion ...replace the paper napkins with linen.
