Beirut city is named after the Phoenician goddess, Beroe, daughter of Adonis and Aphrodite. We chose to name our restaurant after her and our city – to reflect the synergy of different influences and tastes in an everyday setting. That’s what our cuisine is about – everyday comfort food, dishes catering to different moods and tastes, infused by Chef Karim Bibi’s personal experiences and inspiration.
