Welcome to the Boterlap We would like to introduce you to the concept of the Boterlap in Harderwijk. In addition to our bar/café and terrace, De Boterlap has had its own brasserie since March 2013. In this brasserie you will get a glimpse into our open kitchen where the smell, color and taste come together in an optimal experience! With our Veluwe apple pie for coffee, artisanal French bread for lunch, authentic beef and freshly caught fish from our charcoal grill for dinner, we are setting a trend in the sustainable direction of our catering company.
