Inspired by the depth and colour of traditional Afghani decorative work, the restaurant typically serves in lavish buffet style, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The Silk Route Restaurant: The lavishly presented Silk Route Restaurant is inspired by the legendary silks, brocades, jewels and spices of the ancient Silk Route. Offering a fusion of traditional and contemporary South East Asian cuisine, this restaurant offers one of Kabul's most memorable dining experiences. The Silk Route is open for dinner only (excluding Friday). The Serena Pastry Shop: On the ground floor, our specialty Patisserie Shop offers a glorious selection of freshly baked breads, pastries, sandwiches, fresh juices, teas, and coffee. The Char Chata Lounge: Presented in traditional Afghan style, the spacious and welcoming Char Chata Lounge makes the ideal meeting point, serving refreshments and light snacks whenever our guests desire them.
