Admiraliteit Bar & Kitchen is a boutique restaurant and cocktail bar. We’re located in the bright neighborhood of Kralingen in Rotterdam, right next to the marina “The Admiraliteit”. It’s hard to miss our eye-catching, historical building with an authentic, steel ceiling right out of New York. We have a sunny terrace with a view of the marina, where you could dock your boat. Upon arrival you’ll immediately face a bar with over 200 kinds of exclusive drinks. Anything from a Japanese single malt to Robert Mondavi fumé blanc! Our cocktail menu is put together by the very best Dutch bartenders and doesn’t only include the classics, but a couple of signature cocktails like ‘The Naughty Schoolgirl’ and ‘The Golddigger’ that will definitely make you come back! Dining is done in boudoir-like seats on our entresol, where you’ll have a view on our open kitchen. We serve French-Asian cuisine with a “shared dining” concept. Meaning you can order one or multiple dishes and share them together. From ceviche and black truffle pizza to black cod marinated in miso. A huge favorite are our signature ‘Tuna Tataki Lolly’s’ served with wasabi mayonnaise. Admiraliteit is very suitable for a cozy dinner, a fun cocktail night, business drinks or a walking diner up to 80 people. The entresol can also used for private dining or a cocktail area.
