Born in 1921 in the famous Trastevere district, has always been run by Corsetti family. Today, Gaia and Mirta, the new generation, together with the architect Enrico Maria Cicchetti have renovated the space, furnishings, and the name (Corsetti 1921 replaces the historic name of Corsetti Il Galeone) without losing the characteristics and quality of food. The restaurant business, that ranges from the classic Roman cuisine to the more sophisticated recipes of traditional Italian cuisine, is on the ground floor inside and outside and in the “Cantina”, renovated and furnished with care. Corsetti 1921, famous for its generous portions, à la carte menu offers a focus on absolute quality and freshness of ingredients. Corsetti 1921 is open daily from 10.00 to 02.00, enabling our customers to dine even late at night.
