The restaurant “Il Fico” renowned as a meeting point in the same named piazza, a few steps away to Piazza Navona and to the Bramante’s Chiostro, in the historical centre of Rome, has recently moved its premises to the nearby Via del Monte Giordano 49, very near to its historical seat, where the restaurant and pizzeria are still running. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the two rooms is characterized by the typical vaulted ceiling and bricks and by small details describing Andrea Barucci and Eirini Sachinidou’s passion for excellent food and hospitality. Andrea Barucci has always taken great pleasure in thinking about and preparing the table in the name of conviviality, initially for his friends when he was young and later for his affectionate clients who appreciate his gentle and amiable manners. The same attention is given to the selection of ingredients and raw materials worked according to the tradition of Italian cuisine but also to the desires of the chef, Juilja Ilirja.
