We are the 1st Neapolitan pub in Malmö that invests wholeheartedly on traditional Neapolitan wood-fired baked pizza, forno a legna. The typical attributes of the Neapolitan pizza are the thin and crispy bottom with high and slightly tan edges, called "cornicione" in Italian. The center of should be soft and elastic. The ingredients are chosen with great care with emphasis on quality, such as San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella DOP from Campania and olive oil extra vergine DOP. Most of our raw materials are imported from Italy. The majority of our knowledgeable staff are Italian, both in the kitchen and in the dishes, so we can give you the most authentic experience.
