The aromas of millenary Arab cuisine were still almost unknown in Brazil, when Almanara established itself in São Paulo with original family recipes brought from Lebanon in 1950. To our complete satisfaction, today Arab delicacies - such as Kibe and Sfiha for example - are so well known and appreciated throughout the country that they have already been happily incorporated into the daily diet in large Brazilian cities. It is for this reason that, after more than sixty years, Almanara has remained completely faithful to the artisanal concept of its cuisine, a fundamental characteristic for preserving the richness of flavors of authentic Arab cuisine.
