HR:U centru starog Splita , unutar zidina Papalićeve palače iz 15.st. smjestio se bistro-restoran Apetit. Jednostavan mediteranski interijer odiše mirisima zdrave domaće kuhinje. Prostor samog restorana je podijeljen na tri cjeline: prostor oko velikog drvenog šanka i vinoteke, u koji rado zalaze ljubitelji dobre kapljice, prostor za posluživanje hrane te dio u kojem gosti mogu sjediti u udobnoj garnituri i uživati u intimi.
