Imagination… The culture of taste Ibn Khaldoun considers in his famous introduction that food is an important vocabulary of civilization and that it is a human accumulation on which to measure the development of the place, including costumes and songs. The German poet Heidegger considers that “the imagination that drives plastic art, poetry and cooking is one.” That is why we hardly find a country that does not boast of its popular dishes as it boasts of its creativity and its culture.
